Bailey founded Tranquila after more than a decade supporting families through fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.
Throughout her career, she witnessed how profoundly the quality of support shapes a family’s experience—not only during birth, but throughout pregnancy, the early postpartum period, and the transition into parenthood.
That realization inspired a different vision: one where exceptional doula care is only the beginning, and trusted guidance, meaningful preparation, concierge coordination, and carefully selected wellness practitioners come together.
